Ah day 16... Its going pretty good at staying on track. Tomorrow is weigh in day :(... Not sure how I feel... Have I lost, gained, or stayed the same... I have ran 5 miles total this week, with 2 more miles tomorrow morning before weight in. I have my new running shoes

work the crap out of your calves. Barefoot running! Not bat, I actually ran the Warrior Dash in these and it was pretty easy. I could dig into the mud for up hills and worked good on the obstacles..They will also double as Jet Ski shoes.
