Well Well Well its been a few months! Back on July 12th I weighed in at 231.8, down from 301! I am not weighing in at 218.8. I have been sitting at this weight for a few weeks now unable to get lower! I thought back about my last year I devoted to losing the first 75lbs and came to the conclusion that writing about it actually helped me get thru ruts and keep on track! So here I am I have 35/40 more pounds to go before I hit my ultimate goal of weight between 180/185.
As I sit here and think I am wanting to lose a total of 121 pounds! To me that's crazy to think that's even possible. I sit at 83ish pounds already and I wonder where the weight has gone. Why didn't I do this earlier in my life!!! I truly think with working out, eating right, and staying on goal I will reach my goal by late spring. I am shooting for the end of April or beginning of May so roughly 6 months to shed 35/40 more pounds! Let the weights/running/insanity/elliptical workouts begin!!!!!!!
