Well tonight I have decided to make Spicy Tuna Sushi and Poolish Focaccida Bread!
I started the Poolish last night and have it fermenting at home right now. Lets hope it looks right when I get home.
Also Ali bough me some sushi tuna last night at the market. Lets hope this stuff tastes good. I will update later with pictures and instructions on my cooking adventure.
