I guess this week week wasnt a good week. UP 2 lbs from last week. I know there will be weeks like this or days where I am up but I went up in miles this week running, weight training went well, and food intake was normal. Nothing changed. Instead of pigging out or eating sweats I actually ate good and exercised great!
NOW this is what I feel like I ate! Which by looking at this picture just makes me want to make an Apple pie.
Well the weather is getting colder so its going to be chili time soon. Good Ole Turkey Chili!
